Emyode Becomes a Tree Canada Partner to support ecological strengthening
11 September 2020
by Romain Isaac

Montreal (Quebec), September 15, 2020 Emyode is proud to announce that it is becoming a partner with Tree Canada in its commitment to take an active role in the ecological strengthening of Canada by contributing to the strengthening of Canada’s urban forests and the greening of communities. Tree Canada is the leading national organization dedicated to improving the lives of Canadians by planting and caring for trees.

This partnership is in line with Emyode’s desire to act responsibly as a company, but also to involve its customers and employees in this process. « We were thinking about an engaging solution to give back to the community and we wanted to find a simple way to involve our customers and employees in our action. » says Réjean Robitaille, CEO at Emyode. With this in mind, Emyode asks its customers for their level of satisfaction (one rating out of 10) at each phase of their project’s evolution, with the main goal of always improving the service the company offers, but also as a team, to maintain a trusting and winning relationship with its customers. Emyode’s contribution to Tree Canada will materialize in a collaborative and structured manner with its clients and employees.

« How will we proceed? It’s very simple. For every feedback form received by our customers about our service, we commit to planting trees and strengthening our urban forests. Our customers feedback is important to us and the more feedback we receive the more trees we will be able to plant. These trees will be planted throughout various Tree Canada sites across the country as well as through our employees during volunteering opportunities. »

Réjean Robitaille, CEO of Emyode.

Emyode has been socially involved in the past with charitable and fundraising organizations, such as the Sainte Justine UHC Foundation Winter Triathlon which helps mothers and children at Sainte Justine UHC. « For several years now, we have been involved in causes that are close to our hearts and that seem important to us. » says Réjean Robitaille. Trees in urban or rural areas provide benefits to the entire community, and the company believes that this would be a great way to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gases and an improvement in air quality. « With this partnership, we want to make a strong contribution to ecological strengthening because we are concerned about what we will leave to future generations. ».
