Job Description

We are looking for a Software Quality Analyst who will join our team of specialists in the realization of complex projects integrating the latest technologies.
The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing the client's needs, coordinating the evolution of technological solutions, supervising the programming of components, performing functional unit tests as well as the related technical documentation, while respecting the development framework in place. This person will also be responsible for the installation and operation of the operational systems.

Key responsabilities

o Analyze, understand and document the customer's needs;
o Validate the systems' operation;
o Test the applications' robustness;
o Analyze and document test cases;
o Monitor technology for business continuity and disaster recovery;
o Monitor technology in application development life cycle management;
o Implement new processes to improve the quality of deliverables;
o Analyze and prepare documentation for disaster recovery plans;
o Perform quality control of application components and documentation before delivery to the customer;
o Handle customer support requests including coordination with various stakeholders

Requirements

Academic Education:
o Degree in computer science

Experience:
o Minimum of 4 years in analysis and/or quality control of mission critical applications;
o Conduct technology watch in application development lifecycle management;
o Knowledge of Azure DevOps
o Excellent knowledge of software lifecycle with Visual Studio and DevOps principles
o Analyze and document test cases
o Microsoft certification related to the role an asset;
o Scrum master certification an asset;
